Borealis Bistro

Located in the James T. Hutchison High School, operated by UAF Community and Technical College's Culinary Arts & Hospitality Program, 3770 Geist Road.

We will be accepting reservations in advance for seating between 11:30am-1:00pm. Please call 455-2902 or email kgaikows@alaska.edu for reservations. We prefer that you make reservations so we can plan accordingly to provide a positive learning environment for our students and offer each of you the best service.

The Borealis Bistro will officially open on Thursday, February 4, 2016. Reservations are suggested to ensure seating and to help better prepare our students for their learning environment. We will be open from 11:30am-1:00pm on Thursday's only.
