Students at the Community and Technical College can now get weekly wellness counseling services at the CTC campus on Barnette Street.
Every Wednesday from 9:30 a.m.-4 p.m., a counselor from the Student Health and Counseling Center will be available to meet with students and assist with individual needs.
Students seek counseling to address a variety of concerns relating to relationships, academic stress, interpersonal concerns and overall mental health wellness. The UAF Student Health and Counseling Center hopes to support students with their goals and help them to achieve academic success.
The UAF Student Health and Counseling Center promotes the well-being of our students. UAF SHCC assist students in acquiring the knowledge, skills and behaviors necessary to recover, build and maintain healthy, balanced lifestyles.
